Rice packaging systems

The type of packaging, productivity and format guides the choice between a vertical or an open-mouth bagging machine.

The first forms the bag, pillow or square bottom, from flat three-welded reel.

Extremely reliable and high-performance option that is suitable for both small and large formats.

The open-mouth bagging machine, on the other hand, involves filling pre-formed bags. Suitable for medium to large formats.

Depending on the required formats, we distinguish different models of vertical packaging machines.

For formats up to 1 kg we find the MF 50 and 50 SPEEDY. Two extremely reliable and high-performance options with productivity up to 110 bags/min.

Often, feeding the packaging machines for small sizes, we find electronic multi-head weighers. These represent ideal batching and weighing systems for granular products such as rice. In fact, they guarantee precision and high performance with throughputs of up to 120 cycles per minute.

For medium sizes (1 to 5 kg), however, we find the MF 52, 52 SPEEDY, and MF 52 with double square bottom.

Options prepared for large format packaging, on the other hand, include the MF 54, MF 58 and MF 60.

The MF 54 packaging machine is particularly suitable for packaging rice. Simple to use and extremely versatile, it is perfect for packages ranging from 5 to 30 kg with throughputs of up to 1200 bags/hour.

Secondary Packaging for Rice

In addition to primary packaging machinery, we have developed secondary packaging solutions.

Specifically within our machinery pool we find:

• Bundlers for medium to high production rates of up to 10 bundles per minute.

Ideal solution for handling a considerable amount of product and creating an effective barrier effect.

• Cartoning machines for handling and manipulating American-type boxes. Capable of reaching productions up to 12 boxes per minute. A single machine that combines the steps of box formation, product handling, and closing by hotmelt glue.

Reliable and high-performance machinery completely made of 304 stainless steel.

Palletizing Systems for Rice

Available to the customer and the specifics of the project are various palletizers.

These represent flexible, high-performance solutions that enable the handling of not only bags but also boxes, trays, drums, and cans.

Single installations or integrative solutions of complete packaging plants.

Among the various options available is the pca smart palletizer. An ideal choice for processing medium productions. With loads up to 50 kg and throughputs up to 500 cycles/hour.

Especially popular solution because of its small size, making it perfect for working in confined spaces and prohibitive environments.

If, on the other hand, you are looking for a solution that can offer greater productivity we find the Smart Pro Cartesian palletizer and the PCA 700 Twin.

The former combines the advantages of the basic version with increased productivity reaching 800 bags/hour.

In contrast, the PCA 700 Twin is a Cartesian palletizer with a double palletizing station. The alternating formation of the two pallets ensures the continuity of the production cycle.
