WHAT IS IT?

Our machine advisor is a top-level addition to our Teleservice remote assistance. 

This is a digital platform that can be applied to any machinery produced by MF TECNO and MIAL.

Users can log in from their device (mobile phone, laptop, PC) simply by using a username and password.

From here, users can monitor the entire life cycle

 -of an individual machine

-of multiple machines, even installed in different locations

- of a complete plant

deciding which parameters to control: hourly production, required maintenance, recommended maintenance, any faults, energy consumption, energy efficiency and much more.

Users can not only monitor but they also can intervene directly, contacting our customer service to ask for information or schedule interventions.

24 hours a day / 7days a week.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Users need to constantly monitor their machines, be they packaging systems, pet food production or any other systems provided by MF TECNO and MIAL.
2. Our engineers and technicians will take care of setting up the Machine Advisorplatform, customising the parameters requested by the customer (hourly production, required maintenance, recommended maintenance, any faults, energy consumption, energy efficiency and much more).
3. Using a username and password, users can access their Machine Advisor data at any time and from anywhere in the world.
4. This makes it possible to analyse the activity status of the machines in real time.
5. If necessary, users can intervene by contacting our technicians and Service.
