MF PCA SMART PRO palletizer

Introducing the MF PCA SMART PRO Cartesian palletizer, a powerhouse that guarantees impressive throughputs of up to 800 cycles per hour, handling loads weighing up to 110 lbs. The SMART PRO can be tailored to match customer requirements and specific project needs, ensuring both versatility and practicality.

The PRO version stands apart with three significant upgrades:

• A revamped aluminum structure, shedding weight and boosting palletizer agility
• An advanced and more efficient work program to supercharge productivity
• Beefier motors powering the SMART PRO

This robotic palletizer combines reliability, great value, and a compact footprint. Standing at just under 10 feet in standard height, it produces finished pallets reaching a max height of 5.9 feet (including the pallet). This makes it an ideal fit for tight spaces, and it's fully adaptable to existing packaging lines, offering seamless storage, handling, and transportation for a variety of products: bags, boxes, cases, and bundles.

The MF PCA SMART PRO comes in two primary versions:

• The basic version, depositing materials onto pallets on the ground or integrating semi-automatic wrappers
• The automatic version, featuring automatic pallet magazines, roller conveyors, and catenaries to keep the pallets flowing continuously. Operators are only involved in loading the empty pallet magazine, making it particularly suited for continuous material handling.

Operator control is a really easy thanks to the integrated PLC system with a touchscreen interface, driven by a sophisticated in-house developed program from MF TECNO engineers.

For material gripping, there is a great flexibility, with various gripper options tailored to project requirements, including:

• Fork gripping head with presser
• Suction cup gripping head
• Special gripper for boxes

These grippers ensure precise handling, picking, and depositing of boxes, bundles, and bags, accommodating various bag types, such as film reel, valve bags, and open-mouth bags. Gripper heads rotate around their vertical axis, enabling precise deposition as per the programmed pattern.
