MF PRC 1000 6 COLUMN palletizer

The MF PRC 1000 Cartesian palletizer represents our top-of-the-line solution. This six-column, top-loading robot palletizer provides sturdiness, versatility and production speed. It has a maximum productive capacity of 1200 bags/h in single picking and about 2000/h in double picking.

The quality of the parts and layout of this layer palletizer ensure precision and flexibility through the entire machining process. Brushless motors drive the axes x y z and r axes to create an extremely compact and sturdy pallet. Bags can be partially overlapped, either frontally or laterally, and can be pressed either vertically and horizontally.

Operating

The conveyor belt, with PVC belt, transports and piles up the bags coming from the packaging line. These, lined up and centered by the bag center belt, reach the high-low roller conveyor.

Here a pallettizing gripper, which can be adjusted automatically to the width of the bags, picks them up and deposits them on the layer forming pallet fitted with motorized side compactors. The different layers that make up the pallet can also be separated by an intermediate layer made from a reel, allowing for more organized storage.

The z-axis, with its adjustable lift and press system, combined with the automatic pallet feeder, ensures automation and effectiveness of the entire production process.

The last step is the evacuation of the pallet on an unloading roller conveyor and the accumulation of the filled pallets.

Operating and control panel

The operator, through the integrated PLC system with touch screen panel, has complete control of the palletizing pattern. He can therefore modify a previous program or create a new one without the intervention of a skilled technician. Modifying the speed of the Cartesian robot according to the various operating conditions.

Safety devices

Many accident prevention protections are provided, including:
