MF 60 VACUUM vertical packaging machine

The MF 60 VACUUM Vertical Packaging Machine is the ideal machine for making large formats with vacuum filling.

This solution is particularly suitable whenever there is a need to extend the life of products and to create compact, regular and easy-to-process bags.

Packages have a minimum size of 330x400 mm up to 630x1080 mm and a weight ranging from 5 to 50 kg.

Reliable and efficient machinery, achieves productions of 100-120 bags/hour, with single bell.

It is mainly used in the processing of pet food, seed, feed and plastic granule.

The ability to apply various accessories and dosing systems, depending on need, product and customer requirements, ensures versatility and the ability to process a wide range of products.

The package is created, starting from flat coil, around a forming tube and then thermally welded.

Pulse sealing allows bags to be formed and closed without altering the material and creates perfectly sealed bags for subsequent vacuum sealing.

The vacuum bell, located outside the machine, given the size of the bags, can be single or double depending on the customer's production needs.

Both the vacuum bell and the forming tube are designed to make any format change quick and easy.

Made of stainless steel, the operator has complete control of the entire production cycle via a convenient touchscreen panel.
