MF 60 vertical packaging machine

The MF 60 packaging machine is the specially prepared solution for packaging in large formats.

In fact, the various types of scales and different types of applicable accessories allows its compatibility with different types of products.

Starting with a reel of flat film, the bag is formed around the tube and then heat-sealed vertically and horizontally. The result is the creation of an airtight three-seal package.

A pair of rubber belts, servo-driven and equipped with a self-centering device, pulls the film downward for the desired bag length. At the same time, the dosing unit discharges the selected amount of product into the bag.

The package, thus made, has a compact and perfectly square configuration.

Made of Aisi 304 stainless steel, the operator has complete control of the operating cycle.

In fact, first-rate electronics allow monitoring of various welding parameters and bag length.

The formed bags are sealed with an impulse seal that close the plastic horizontally and vertically without altering the material.

The presence of interchangeable forming tubes ensures quick format changes.
