MF 58 vertical packaging machine

The MF 58 Vertical Packaging Machine is the ideal solution for those looking for a reliable machine for medium-high production and medium-large formats (from 5 to 30 kg).

It is designed to handle packs of the pillow or gusseted type, made of polyethylene, polypropylene and laminates.

Their dimensions range from a minimum of 330 x 400 mm to a maximum of 580 x 980 mm.

It is capable of reaching productions up to 1200 bags/hour.

Its versatility makes it suitable for packaging multiple products including: potting soils, compost, sand, aggregates, plastic granules, seeds, feed, pet food and pellets.

The wrapping mechanism starts from a flat film supplied from a reel, which is pulled by the drive belts controlled by a servo motor and kept in constant tension.

Next, the film passes through the forming tube, which shapes it into the desired size and allows the product to be inserted.

Sealing bars positioned at the end of the machine, seal the bag thus formed by pulse welding, ensuring a perfect seal without damaging the material, and separate it from the next bag.

Constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel, the model ensures reliability, high performance and excellent return on investment.

Touch screen panel allows supervision of operating cycle, welding parameters, and bag size.

Designed, manufactured and tested in our production centers, it can easily integrate with palletizing systems and pallet wrappers.
