MF 54 vertical packaging machine

The MF 54 vertical packaging machine is a reliable and high-performance solution for medium format packaging.

With an excellent price-performance ratio, it achieves significant production capacities. Equal to 1200 bags/hour for formats ranging from 5 to 20 kg.

The bags, pillow or gusseted, have an extremely compact and square shape and reach a maximum size of 18.5 x 26.7 Inches.

Starting with a flat film reel, there is the forming of the bag around the tube and then vertical and horizontal heat sealing. The result is the creation of an airtight three-seal package.

A pair of rubber belts, servo-driven and equipped with a self-centering device, pulls the film downward for the desired bag length. At the same time, the dosing unit discharges the selected amount of product into the bag.

It represents an intermediate model that is particularly valued and popular in many types of industries and multitude of products.

Some of the most common are pellets, grains, feed and aggregates.

Its ease of use, numerous available accessories, and compatibility with various types of scales ensure its versatility.

The operator, thanks to the touch screen panel and alphanumeric display, has complete control over the operating cycle, various sealing parameters and package sizes.
