MF 52 VACUUM vertical packaging machine

The MF 52 VACUUM vertical packaging machine is the model prepared for packaging small to medium sizes with vacuum filling.

The machine is ideal in case there is a need to extend product life, while at the same time creating compact and easy-to-manage bags.

Packages have a maximum size of 330 x 400 mm and a weight of up to 5 kg. Productions vary depending on the presence of the single or double bell positioned at the base of the packaging machine.

In the former case, 10 sacks/minute is reached, in the latter case, 20 sacks/minute is produced.

This machine is specially designed for packaging products with good flowability and grain size. Common ones include coffee, rice and nuts.

The bags, formed by flat coil, are perfectly sealed by a hot bar that allows subsequent vacuum processing.

Both the vacuum bell and the forming tube are designed to make any format change quick and easy.

The machine, which is versatile and adaptable to smaller spaces, is made entirely of stainless steel.

It can be equipped with different dosing systems, depending on the product to be processed and the customer's needs.

With the integrated touch screen panel, the operator has complete control over the entire production cycle of the machine.

The machinery is fully designed, assembled and tested in our production centers in Italy.
