MF 52 vertical packaging machine

The MF 52 Vertical Packaging Machine is perfect for medium to high production, offering maximum versatility for a wide range of formats (up to 5 kg).

It is designed to handle various types of bags, including pillow, gusseted, square-bottom, four-seal, doypack.

Their dimensions range up to a maximum of 330 x 400 mm. 

Thanks to servo-driven motors, it can reach a high production capacity of about 3,000 bags/hour.

This packaging machine is suitable for dusty and non-dusty products. The latter include some with particularly fragile characteristics. Some of the most common include petfood, snacks, pasta, flour, salt, sugar, coffee, milk powder.

The packaging process begins with a reel of flat film that, kept under constant tension, passes through a forming tube, which shapes it into the desired dimensions for product insertion.

In fact, the easy replacement of the forming tube allows the format to be changed quickly.

The bag is then ergonomically sealed by hot bar sealing or impulse sealing using sealing bars. 

In addition, to protect the integrity of the product, vacuum and modified atmosphere can also be applied.

There are also numerous accessories available.

These include the Volumetric Dosing Unit with cups or vertical auger, the Vibrating Channel, and the Multihead Electronic Scale.  

Made entirely of painted steel or, upon request, of AISI 304 stainless steel, it includes an electronic system that allows constant control of the entire operating cycle.
