MF 50 vertical packaging machine

The MF 50 vertical packaging machine is one of the models specially prepared for packaging in small formats.

Ideal for packages ranging from 100 g to 1 kg and with maximum dimensions reaching 185 x 280 mm.

Its small size, AISI 304 stainless steel construction and simple operation make it an extremely versatile solution.

It is suitable for packaging a wide range of products with good flowability and grain size. These include snacks, dried fruits, pet food, rice, sugar and legumes.

Designed to meet the needs of the food industry, it provides reliability, high performance and excellent value for money.

It is specially made to meet the needs of small - to medium-sized production realities.

Achieves high throughputs of 2,100 bags/hour.

The standard version makes a pillow bag (3-seal) from a single reel of flat film.

The bag, formed around the pipe, is sealed and heat-sealed vertically and horizontally without altering the material.

For most products, the packaging machine can be combined with a stainless steel dosing system. Available in volumetric or electronic weighing versions.

The product falls into a dosing/weighing bucket equipped with a discharge door. Whenever a dose is ready in the bucket, the door opens to discharge the product into the bag.

The ease of inspection of these dosing systems ensures cleanliness and prevention from any form of contamination.

The possibility of making bags with controlled atmosphere, allows for increased preservation of products.

Using the touch screen panel and alphanumeric display, the operator can control the operating cycle, various sealing parameters, and package sizes.

Entirely manufactured in every component in our production centers, it is easily integrated with secondary packaging machines.
