IABA 800 S Automatic Bagging Machine

The IABA 800 S is an open-mouth bagging machine designed for open-mouth bags with and without gussets.

It is ideal for medium production levels, capable of achieving outputs of up to 900 bags per hour across a wide range of formats.

The machine can handle bags ranging in size from a minimum of 7.1 x 17.7 inches to a maximum of 21.6 x 43.3 inches.

The IABA 800 S excels at handling medium to high-flow granular products such as feed, rice, grain, malt, and corn.

During the bagging process, once the bag is filled and formed, it moves from the filling area to the closing area via a specialized conveyor belt system that includes top transfer guides directing the bag into an edge guide belt system—ensuring safe handling even for unstable or fluidized products.

A touch screen control panel allows effective monitoring throughout the entire process, while its one-piece fully enclosed stainless steel structure ensures reliability and durability along with excellent protection against dust emissions in working environments.

This machinery is entirely designed, built tested at our headquarters in Italy ensuring top-notch quality control.
