IABA 600 R Automatic Bagging Machine

The IABA 600 R is an automatic bagging machine designed for open-mouth bags made of woven or laminated polypropylene raffia.

It can handle bags ranging in size from a minimum of 350 x 600 mm to a maximum of 650 x 1100 mm.

Its production capacity reaches up to 600 bags/hour.

Suitable for medium to high production, it is extremely versatile and can handle a wide variety of bag sizes up to 50 kg.

It is the ideal solution for granular products such as salt and coffee, or for non-granular products such as rice, legumes, grains and seeds.

In the bagging process, a bag is taken from the empty bag warehouse to be filled and shaped.

Next, via a special belt conveyor, we have the transition from the filling area to the closing area.

At the top, a pair of transfer arms guide it and insert it firmly into the selvedge guide conveyor.

The bagging machine can be equipped with net weight or gross weight weighing systems, fed by different dosing units depending on the products to be processed.

The presence of an easy and intuitive touch screen type control panel enables automatic format changes, eliminating the need for manual intervention by the operator.

First-rate components manufactured in-house, together with the solid, fully enclosed one-piece structure made of steel, ensure maximum reliability and long service life.
