IABA 600 P Automatic Bagging Machine

The IABA 600 P is an automatic bagging machine intended for medium production designed for open-mouth preformed bags.

Their dimensions range from a minimum of 180 x 500 mm to a maximum of 550 x 1100 mm.

With a production capacity of up to 300 bags/hour, it can handle bags of various types and materials: gusseted and non-gusseted, flat and pinch-top made of paper, aluminized paper, polyethylene paper, laminated raffia and others.

It is particularly suitable for packaging flour and powdered products such as chemicals and food additives and for fluidized products.   

The bag, once filled and de-aerated via the de-aeration probe built into the spout, is transferred to the closing station via a special belt conveyor.

During filling, the spout ensures an airtight closure of the package while transfer speed is provided by servo-assisted movement with brushless motors.

On the top, the bag is guided firmly by a transfer arm that inserts it into the selvedge guide conveyor.

The entire process can be monitored via a touch screen type control panel, which allows each step to be easily executed and managed. 

The use of first-rate components, combined with the machine's robust structure, which has evolved over time into a fully enclosed monoblock, ensure high reliability.

This design makes it particularly ideal for all areas where it is essential to avoid dust dispersion in the work environment.
