IABA 600 F Automatic Bagging Machine

The Iaba 600 F is an open-mouth bagging machine specially designed for packaging flour and powdery products.

The presence of product compaction devices allows excess air to be removed so that it is suitable for all dusty products. Fluidized and non-fluidized.

It represents an automatic solution for medium production. In fact, it reaches a production capacity of up to 500 bags/hour at net weight or 250 bags/hour at gross weight.

Compatible with various types of scales, different types of fasteners can be provided. Simple stitching, with crepe paper, with crease.

Can process flat bags or bags with side gussets ranging from 5 to 50 kg.

Automatically adapts to different formats quickly and easily.

“Step by step” handling ensures the efficiency of the whole process.

The bag, once filled, moves to the next stage of closing on a conveyor belt. Here a pair of transfer arms feed it into the selvedge guide conveyor, allowing products to be processed with maximum safety.

Stainless steel fabrication, FDA compliance, and inspectability ensure prevention from any form of contamination.

Equipped with a touch screen operator panel, it features a self-diagnosis system for anomalies and automatic control of the correct operation cycle.
