IABA 600 E Automatic Bagging Machine

The IABA 600 E is an automatic bagging machine ideal for medium and high production.

is designed for easy and reliable filling and sealing of preformed bags and is suitable for a wide variety of market requirements.

It can reach productions up to 600 bags/hour for sizes up to 50 kg.

It processes pillow or flat unblown bags. A particularly versatile and efficient machine, it provides a wide range of adjustment and requires no special manual intervention by the operator.

“Step” handling ensures maximum efficiency and precision and enables the processing of particular products even at quite high speeds.

The ability to combine any dosing and closure system makes the IABA 600 E the perfect solution for a wide variety of granular and powdery products.

Peculiarities of this model are special “bag-throwing arms” that open and transport the package to the filling station.

The bags subsequently pass to the closing station on special conveyor belt. The bags can be sewn or welded according to the customer's needs.  

Bag transfer speed is provided by servo-assisted movement with brushless motors.

The entire machinery is designed, assembled and tested at our operational headquarters in Italy.
