IABA 600 D Automatic Bagging Machine

The IABA 600 D bagging machine is designed for easy and reliable filling and sealing of preformed bags.

This bagging machine, ideal for high production and equipped with a double filling station, allows two bags to be handled at each work cycle.

High production capacity: up to 1500 bags/hour for granular products; up to 1000 bags/hour for powder products.

It allows a wide range of products to be processed. The most common are flours, grains, pet food, and general powdery products, food and non-food.

The range of packages is extremely wide, ranging from a minimum of 5 kg to a maximum of 50 kg.

The structure, consisting of a fully enclosed stainless steel monoblock, prevents the dispersion of dust into the work environment.

Automatic control of correct operation cycle and integrated security and access control system ensure safety and reliability.

The application of a bag vibration system and the de-aeration probe enable the removal of excess air and the formation of extremely compact bags.

"Step-by-step" handling allows any type of bag, gusseted or not, to be handled with precision and efficiency.

These pass from the filling area to the next closure on a special belt conveyor. Above, a pair of transfer arms guides them and inserts them into the selvedge guide conveyor.

It is possible to apply different closure systems (stitching, pinch top, welding) to the machine, depending on the specific needs and material of the bag used.

The entire system is designed, assembled and tested at our production facilities, in Italy.
