Rice packaging systems

The packaging type, productivity and format guide the choice between a vertical or open-mouth filler.

The first forms the bag, pillow or square-bottomed, from a flat, three-welded reel.

Extremely dependable and high-performance option, suitable for both small and large formats.

The open-mouth filler, on the other hand, provides for the filling of pre-formed bags. For medium to large formats.

According to the required formats, we distinguish between different vertical packaging machine models.

For sizes up to 1 kg we find the MF 50 and the 50 SPEEDY. Two extremely reliable and high-performance options with an output of up to 110 bags/min.

Electronic multi-head weighers are often used to feed the packaging machines for small formats. They are the ideal dosing and weighing systems for granular products such as rice. They guarantee precision and high performance with a throughput of up to 120 cycles per minute.

For medium sizes (1 to 5 kg), on the other hand, there are the MF 52, 52 SPEEDY and MF 52 models with double square bottom.

Options prepared for large format packaging include the MF 54, MF 58 and MF 60.

The MF 54 packaging machine is particularly suitable for packaging rice. Simple to use and extremely versatile, it is perfect for packs of 5 to 30 kg with a productivity of up to 1,200 bags per hour.

Secondary Packaging for Rice

In additional to primary packaging machinery, we have also developed solutions for secondary packaging.

In particular, within our fleet we find:

• Bundlers for medium to high production rates, up to 10 bundles per minute.

Ideal solution for handling large quantities of product and creating an efficient barrier effect.

• Cartoning machines for the handling and manipulation of American-style boxes. Capable of reaching outputs of up to 12 cartons per minute. A single machine combining the stages of box formation, product handling and hot glue closure.

Reliable, high-performance machinery made entirely of 304 stainless steel.

Palletizing Systems for Rice

Depending on the customer and project specifications, different palletisers are available.

These are flexible, high-performance solutions that allow handling not only bags, but also boxes, trays, drums and cans.

Individual installations or supplementary solutions of complete packaging plants.

Among the various options available there is pca palletiser. An ideal choice for processing medium production runs. With loads up to 50 kg and output up to 500 cycles per hour.

It is particularly appreciated for its small size, which makes it perfect for working in tight spaces and prohibitive environments.

If, on the other hand, you are seeking a solution that provides greater productivity, there is the Smart Pro Cartesian palletiser and the PCA 700 Twin.

The first combines the advantages of the basic version with an increased productivity of up to 800 bags per hour.

In comparison, the PCA 700 Twin is a Cartesian palletiser with a double palletising station. The alternate formation of the two pallets guarantees the continuity of the productive cycle.
