MF PCA SMART PRO palletizer

The MF PCA SMART PRO Cartesian palletizer guarantees high throughputs of up to 800 cycles/hour for loads up to 50 kg.

SMART PRO can be customised according to customer requirements and project specifications, ensuring versatility and practicality.

The PRO version differs from the standard version in three main ways:

• The renewed aluminium structure has made it possible to lighten the palletizer, speeding up its movements
• A more advanced and effective work programme allows the machine's productivity to be optimised
• The motors with which SMART PRO is equipped are more powerful

This robot palletizer combines reliability, excellent value for money, compactness and productivity.

The standard height is just under 3 meters, while the finished pallet has a maximum height of 1800 mm (including pallet). It is therefore perfect for working even in confined spaces and adaptable to any pre-existing packaging line.

It guarantees the storage, handling and transport of numerous types of products: bags, boxes, cases and bundles.

The two main versions are:

• Basic version in which the material is deposited in pallets on the ground or on semi-automatic wrappers integrated inside the palletizer
• Automatic version. Starting from the automatic pallet magazine, roller conveyors and catenaries ensure continuous pallet feeding and evacuation. The operator is only involved in loading the empty pallet magazine. This automatic palletiser option is particularly popular for continuous material handling

Complete operator control

Handling takes place via an advanced programme developed in-house by MF TECNO engineers.

The palletizer's practicality guarantees the operator complete control via the integrated PLC system with touch screen.

Gripping system

Depending on the needs of the project, different gripper solutions are possible, which can be integrated with various optional extras. The main types of gripper are:

• Fork gripping head with presser
• Suction cup gripping head
• Gripping head with special gripper for boxes

These ensure the handling, picking and depositing and general palletising of boxes, bundles and bags.

The bags can be made from a film reel, valve bags, open-mouth, to name but a few.

The heads rotate around their own vertical axis so that the sack in question is deposited according to the programmed pattern.
