The MF 60 VACUUM vertical packaging machine is the perfect machine for the production of large formats with vacuum packaging.

This is particularly suited when it is necessary to extend the life of products and make compact, regular and easy-to-process bags.

The packages have a minimum dimension of 330x400 mm up to 630x1080 mm and a weight between 5 and 50 kg.

It is primarily used in the processing of pet food, seeds, animal feed and plastic granules.

The possibility of applying different accessories and dosing systems, depending on the needs, product and requirements of the customer, guarantees versatility and the ability to process a wide range of goods.

The package is created from a flat reel around a forming tube and then thermally sealed.

Pulse sealing allows bags to be formed and closed without altering the material and creates perfectly sealed bags for subsequent vacuum sealing.

The vacuum chamber, positioned outside the machine, depending on the size of the bags, can be single or double depending on the customer's production requirements.

Both the vacuum bell and the forming tube are designed to make any format change fast and simple.

Made of stainless steel, the operator has total control of the entire cycle through a handy touchscreen panel.
