MF 54 vertical packaging machine

The MF 54 vertical packaging machine is a dependable, high-output solution for medium format packaging.

With an outstanding price-performance ratio, it achieves significant output capacities. Equal to 1200 bags/hour for sizes from 5 to 20 kg.

The pillow or gusset bags have an extremely compact, square shape and reach a maximum size of 470x680 mm.

Starting with a flat film reel, there is the forming of the bag around the tube and then vertical and horizontal heat sealing. The result is the creation of an airtight three-seal package.

A pair of servo-controlled rubber belts, equipped with a self-centring device, pulls the film downwards by the desired length of the bag. At the same time the dosing unit discharges the selected quantity of product into the bag.

It represents an intermediate model particularly appreciated and popular in many types of industries and goods.

A few of the most common are pellets, grains, feeds and aggregates.

The easy handling, numerous accessories available and compatibility with different types of scales guarantee its versatile nature.

The operator, using the touch screen panel and alphanumeric display, has complete control over the operating cycle, the different sealing profiles and bag sizes.

Robust, stainless steel construction and first-class electronics ensure optimum performance over time, thus optimising the investment.
