MF 52 VACUUM vertical packaging machine

The MF 52 VACUUM vertical packing machine is the model designed for small and medium size vacuum-filling packaging.

The machine is perfect if you need to prolong the life of your product while creating compact and easy-to-manage bags.

Packages have a maximum size of 330 x 400 mm and a weight of up to 5 kg. Productions vary depending on the presence of the single or double bell positioned at the base of the packaging machine.

In the former case, 10 sacks/minute is reached, in the latter case, 20 sacks/minute is produced.

This solution is specifically designed for packing products with good fluidity and grain size. The most common are coffee, rice and dried fruit.

The bags, which are formed from flat reels, are perfectly sealed by a hot bar that enables subsequent vacuum treatment.

Both the vacuum chamber and the forming tube are engineered to make any format conversion quick and easy.

The machine, versatile and adaptable to small areas, is made of stainless steel throughout.

It can be equipped with various dosing systems, depending on the product to be handled and the customer's requirements.

Thanks to the integrated touch screen panel, the operator has full control of the machine's entire production cycle.

The machines are entirely designed, assembled and tested in our production facilities in Italy.
