MF 52 vertical packaging machine

The MF 52 vertical filling machine is ideal for medium to high output and offers maximum versatility for a variety of formats (up to 5 kg).

It is intended to handle different types of bags, such as pillow, gusseted, square-bottom, four-seal, doypack.

Dimensions vary up to a maximum of 330 x 400 mm. 

Thanks to servo-driven motors, it can achieve a high output capacity of around 3,000 bags per hour.

This packaging machine is suitable for both powdery and non- powdery products. The latter include some products with particularly fragile characteristics. Among the most common are pet food, snacks, pasta, flour, salt, sugar, coffee, milk powder.

The packing process starts with a reel of flat film that is kept under constant tension and passes through a forming tube that shapes it into the required dimensions for product to be inserted.

In addition, the easy change of the forming tube makes it possible to change the format rapidly.

The bag is then ergonomically closed by hot bar sealing or impulse welding with sealing bars. 

In order to protect the integrity of the product, vacuum and modified atmosphere can be added.

Numerous accessories are also available.

These also include the volumetric dosing system with cups or vertical screws, the vibrating channel and the multi-head electronic weigher.  

Made completely of painted steel or, on request, of AISI 304 stainless steel, it is equipped with an electrical system that allows constant control of the entire operational cycle.
