IABA 600 S Automatic Bagging Machine

The IABA 600 S is an automatic bagging machine for medium production rates.

IABA 600 S is the standard model in the IABA series for outputs up to 600 bags/ hour and bag sizes ranging from 7 to 20 kg.

It can process pillow/flat and gusseted bags with maximum dimensions of 550 x 1,100 mm. Step-by-step handling ensures maximum efficiency and precision.

The bags pass from the filling area to the subsequent closure on a special conveyor belt. Above, a pair of transfer arms guides and inserts them into the edge-guide conveyor.

The packaging materials that can be processed are paper, polyethylene (PE), and laminated raffia.

In line with specific customer requirements, various closing systems and additional options can be applied.

These include simple stitching, folding, crepe paper, heat/pulse welding and pinch-top.

The fully enclosed stainless steel one-piece construction prevents the dispersion of dust in the working environment.

The possibility of combining different weighing and sealing systems makes it a perfect solution for a wide variety of products.

The most common include powdered products such as flour and milk powder as well as cereals and pet food.

The machinery is designed, assembled and tested at our production facilities in Italy.
