IABA 600 P Automatic Bagging Machine

The IABA 600 P is an automatic bagging machine for medium production, engineered for preformed open-mouth bags.

Dimensions range from a minimum of 180 x 500 mm to a maximum of 550 x 1100 mm.

With a production capacity of up to 300 bags/hour, it can process bags of various shapes and materials: gusseted and non-gusseted, flat and pinch-top paper, aluminised paper, polyethylene paper, laminated raffia and more.

It is especially appropriate for packaging flour and powdered products, such as chemicals and food additives, and for fluidized goods.

The bag, once filled and deaerated via the deaeration probe incorporated in the spout, is transported to the closure station via a special conveyor belt.

During the filling process, the spout provides an airtight closure of the package, while the transfer speed is ensured by a servo-driven movement with brushless motors.

At the top, the sack is guided securely by a transfer arm that inserts it into the guiding conveyor of the selvedge.

The complete process can be monitored via a touchscreen control panel, allowing each step to be easily executed and controlled. 

A very high degree of reliability is given by the use of top quality components, combined with the sturdy structure of the machine, which over time has evolved into a completely closed monobloc.

This makes it ideal for all areas where it is essential to avoid dust dispersion in the working space.
