IABA 600 F Automatic Bagging Machine

The IABA 600 F is an open-mouth packaging machine specifically developed for the packing of flour and powdered products.

Product compaction devices allow excess air to be removed, making it suitable for all powdery products, both fluidized and non-fluidized.

It is an automatic solution for medium throughputs. It achieves a production capacity of up to 500 bags/hour net weight or 250 bags/hour gross weight.

Suitable for various types of weighing scales, different closures can be provided. Simple stitching, with crepe paper, and crease.

It can handle flat bags or bags with side gussets, from 5 to 50 kg.

It adapts automatically to different formats easily and quickly.

Step-by-step operation ensures the efficiency of the entire process.

Once filled, the bag passes to the next step of closing on a conveyor belt. Here, a pair of transfer arms push it into the edge guide belt, allowing the products to be safely processed.

Stainless steel construction, FDA compliance, and inspectability guarantee prevention of any form of contamination.

Equipped with a touch-screen operator panel, it has a system for self-diagnosis of anomalies and automatic control of the correct operating cycle.
