IABA 600 E Automatic Bagging Machine

The IABA 600 E is an automatic packaging solution perfect for medium and high production.

It is intended for easy and reliable filling and sealing of pre-formed bags and is designed for a wide variety of market applications.

It can reach outputs of up to 600 bags/hour for formats up to 50 kg.

It handles pillow or flat non-gusseted bags. A highly versatile and efficient machine, it offers a wide range of settings and requires no special manual operator intervention.

The step-by-step movement guarantees maximum efficiency and precision and allows the processing of special products even at high speeds.

The possibility of combining any dosing and sealing system makes the IABA 600 E the perfect solution for a wide variety of granular and powder products.

The special features of this machine model are the ‘bag-throwing arms’ that unfold and transport the package to the filling station.

The bags then pass to the closing station on a special conveyor belt. The bags can be stitched or sealed according to customer requirements.

The transfer speed of the bag is ensured by a servo-driven movement with brushless motors.

The complete machinery is designed, built and tested at our headquarters in Italy.
