IABA 600 D Automatic Bagging Machine

The IABA 600 D packaging machine is designed to easily and reliably fill and seal pre-formed bags.

This bagging machine, which is ideal for high production and equipped with a double filling station, can manage two bags per work cycle.

High production capacity: up to 1500 bags/hour for granular products; up to 1000 bags/hour for powder products.

It enables a wide range of products to be handled. The most popular are flour, cereals, pet food and general food and non-food powder products.

The packaging range is extremely wide, from a minimum of 5 kg to a maximum of 50 kg.

The construction, consisting of a completely enclosed stainless steel monobloc, prevents the spread of dust in the working environment.

The automatic control of the correct operating cycle and the integrated security and access control system guarantee safety and reliability.

The bag vibration system and the de-aeration probe allow excess air to be removed and extremely compact bags to be formed.

Step-by-step movement allows any type of bag, gusseted or not, to be handled accurately and efficiently.

These move from the filling area to the next closure on a special conveyor belt. Above, a couple of conveyor arms guide them and insert them into the edge-guide conveyor.

Different closure systems (stitching, pinch-top, sealing) can be applied to the machine, according to the specific requirements and material of the bag used.

The entire system is designed, assembled and tested at our production facilities in Italy.
